Want to know the songs that always put me in a good mood? Fabulous. Read on for what they are AND for a link to listen to each and every one.
I recently switched from using Pandora to subscribing to Apple Music for all of my music listening pleasure. My main reason at the time was to sync my music from an old laptop to all of my other devices. Turns out that didn’t quite work because the laptop was so old, and the library so extensive, that it just plain refused to sync.
Whomp, whomp.
While it wasn’t the smoothest transition, I am quite happy to have made it. Mostly because I am rediscovering a lot of my old music and favorites — from early 90s jams to old school hip hop and R&B, and early 2000s British Pop to all the current pop hits that we love to rock out to.
It’s also easier to play exactly what we want when we want it, which is a huge plus for my kiddos.
In addition to the old laptop, I found a shoe box full of old mix tapes that I made in high school and our big book of CDs that housed all of the CD mixes I made in college and beyond. (I will absolutely be turning those into playlists soon.)
Needless to say, nostalgia is running high. And so are the impromptu kitchen dance parties.
With all that in mind, I thought it would be fun to share a playLIST of the songs that always put me in a good mood and always make me want to shake my booty while sing at the top of my lungs.
And here is the full list of songs that always put me in a good mood in case Spotify isn’t your music platform of choice and/or you’d rather build your own playlist.
